Art Vision is organised the "3rd SANGAM, A CONFLUENCE OF DANCE" at Rabindra Mandap on the 5th of September 2007. This year the theme of the Festival was "Indian dance meets Western music". On this occasion Art Vision premiered three new works: "Tarana", a joyful item of pure dance, "Bolero", based on the famous music score by Maurice Ravel and "Saraha", based on a Tantric tale.
The guest troupe was the Shambhavi School of Dance, directed by Vijayanthi Kashi, who presented "Sammilan", a musical aravesque in Space and "The epic women." on the three Women from the Mahabharat, Gandhari, Kunthi and Draupadi in Kuchipudi style.
