The
Dhauli Kalinga Mahotsav 2019 took place at the foothills of Dhauli on the
8-9-10 of Feb 2019. The Festival is jointly organized by Art Vision in collaboration with Tourism Dept. Government of Odisha and Odissi Dance Academi. The participating troupes are:
